INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Juniper Tree Counseling offers individual therapy both in-person at our Haddon Heights office and via secure telehealth for residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Colorado.

Individual therapy provides a space to explore the patterns, experiences, and inner dynamics that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. It’s an opportunity to not just cope with life’s challenges—but to grow through them and emerge with greater clarity, strength, and self-understanding. Whether you're navigating grief, a major life transition, or feeling stuck in the pain of past trauma, therapy can help you find your way forward.

I draw from a range of trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities to meet each client where they are, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy. These approaches support healing from childhood wounds, improving emotional regulation, and building a more connected, empowered sense of self.

SUPERVISION

In addition to working with clients, I provide reflective clinical supervision for new professionals seeking licensure as well as consultation for more experienced therapists looking for support or to expand their clinical skills.

Through reflective supervision, we will explore your work with clients through a lens of curiosity, self-awareness, and emotional insight. Rather than focusing solely on case management or clinical outcomes, reflective supervision emphasizes the inner experiences of the practitioner—thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics—to deepen understanding and enhance therapeutic presence. This process fosters professional growth, resilience, and ethical practice by helping clinicians stay grounded, attuned, and connected to their purpose.

My experience and training meets the criteria to provide supervision toward your LCSW in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
