Juniper Tree Counseling is an in-network provider for the following insurance plans, however it is important to verify coverage for your individual plan.

Individual Session (55 minutes) - $150

If you do not have one of the accepted insurance plans, you may contact your insurance carrier to determine whether you have out-of-network benefits. We can provide a detailed statement (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company, or we can submit a courtesy claim on your behalf. Please note that we are not responsible for ongoing communication with your insurance provider.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $65 fee (not covered by insurance).
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. We are happy to provide a good faith estimate for your review.
